What warranty do I get?
Every Bio Green product comes with a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase. If something goes wrong, we replace the product.
Which outlet do I need for a greenhouse heater?
PALMA heaters plug into any standard 120 V outlet. The PHOENIX (2,800 W) needs a 240 V dryer-style outlet. Use our heater calculator to find the right size.
